Sashiko Sampler Cloth

How fun it is to make 12" pillows! They are so cute that they   can be on your couch, kitchen chair or even on your lap. So many design and thread color combination you can come up with!

Sashiko Sampler is a 100% cotton, 13" x 26" rectangle cloth. A sashiko design is pre-printed on one half of cloth, and the other half is blank so you can use this section for a backing of a pillow, a tote bag or transfer your favorite design on and stitch.

The printed lines can be washed out as long as you don't apply heat. Most of the traditional designs contain stitching orders for you to be productive. This cloth was originally made for a dish cloth: you stitch through both layers, hem the edges, and wipe dishes or tables!

Today, they are tuned into 12" pillow, 16" pillows by adding borders around, part of tote bags and quilts, table runners and more!
